Land Use Code Updates

The Planning Department is working on several Land Use Code updates focused on removing barriers to workforce housing and affordable housing, as well as new landscaping requirements which will make Grand County eligible for the State's Water Savers Rebate Program (an optional program property owners can take advantage of if they choose). Check back here for updates on the most recent versions of the LUC sections being amended. The public comment period for the Planned Unit Development density bonus incentive amendment is open now, and ends on 7/26.
